Section sizes within a region are checked, but not thoroughly enough :)
Add an absolute addressed and sized section at the end of the region, and you are still allowed to add sections following it.
How-To-Repeat:
[i386 linux]
add babel section @0x7e0000, size 0x20000
add fish section following babel, size 0x1000000
[no warning, or error]
