If you want to move a section following section foo, so that it follows section bar, the obvious way to do it is by changing the 'following' field of its properties.
This field only allows a few options though; the section it is already following and any sections with "open space behind them".
How-To-Repeat:
[i386 linux]
open properties for 'fini'
try changing 'following' to rodata1. Only text and bss are possible.
