I had to change line 42 in mcf5272_eth_driver.cdl from
"cdl_package CYGPKG_NET_MCF5272_ETH_DRIVERS {"
to "cdl_package CYGPKG_DEVS_ETH_MCF5272 {"
because I could not select the mcf5272c3 template in configtool.exe.
