In jffs2 file system, when i create a file use open() function,the
cyg_thread_delay(ticks) will not delay,ticks with any value(not
zero),cyg_thread_delay(ticks) just like cyg_thread_delay(0).if reset the ecos,
cyg_thread_delay(ticks) will act normally.
