Right hand (Conflict and Property) windows don't seem to automatically follow
the right hand edge of their respective frames if frames are above some width.
Seems like they have predefined maximal width.
For illustration, you can see this effect at right hand border of the attached
screen-shot.
This problem existed with also old configtool (ver 2.0) but not with previous
build (configtool-081006).
