Amish, I suspect that this is not a bug.

The ecos.db file should always be located in a "packages" directory. In your
case:

  c:\cygwin\opt\ecos\ecos-2.0.102\packages\ecos.db

Try setting the repository used by the eCos Configuration Tool to:

  c:\cygwin\opt\ecos\ecos-2.0.102

using the Build->Repository menu item and the tool should find the ecos.db
file.

You have raised this issue against version 2.0 of the eCos Configuration Tool
as generated by the eCos free open source project. However, you appear to be
using a commercial version of the tool generated by eCosCentric Limited. If you
continue to have problems, I suggest you contact eCosCentric directly for
support.
