patch to add pc_rhine target and i386 rhine package
This an enhancement to add a pc_rhine target and a i386 rhine package.
There is no new code in this patch. The new i386 rhine package is
a direct copy of the sh/hs7729pci package directory with some minor name
changes.
The patch has been tested on the last ecos build tree. The redboot rhine
package has been verified with a D-LINK DFE-530TX REV A3-1 PCI card.

patch -p0 < pc_rhine.patch
ecosconfig new pc_rhine redboot
ecosconfig import
/opt/ecos/ecos/packages/hal/i386/pc/current/misc/redboot_GRUB.ecm
