Log message:
	* misc/redboot_ROMRAM.ecm: Deleted since this is no longer
	supported.
	* include/pkgconf/mlt_arm_at91_eb55_romram.ldi: Alter rom_vectors
	section to match the startup code for ROMRAM applications
