eCos and Hitachi SH2 (7045)

Hi all,

i use an hitachi SH-2 (7045) to develop
embedded controller applications. Now, since
1.11.98, the eCos RTOS is available, but only
for 3 other uC's.

Is an eCos port to this architecture available ?
If no, is there any plan to port it ?
If no, is it possible to port it without using an MMU ?
  (i didn't have a look to the source yet)
  and maybe, if i try starting to port eCos to the SH2,
  are there some people who want to help me coding ?
