Yeah, we do want to improve our docs here. We've been talking about a
solution to that in a meeting we had here just now. Watch this space....

It isn't there really. Again, we intend to improve our documentation here
the same way as above. Here's a key URL to look at for now:

Go to the "Downloading and installation" page at
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/ecos/getstart.html. We encourage you to try a
mirror site if you are having difficulties getting through - it's probably
busy because of the Cygwin 1.1 release that was just announced yesterday.
