Don't enable CYGPKG_NET_BUILD_TESTS? Or if it's just one test, then just
edit the CYGPKG_NET_TESTS CDL option. If you can't do it in the config tool
itself, it's easy to just modify the CDL file (
packages/net/tcpip/VERSION/cdl/net.ctl ).
