No. I have heard of a port of Kaffe.
I've participated in a port of J2ME ( KVM ) to
RTEMS, and from my experience there, it should be
trivial to port it eCos. The "kvm core" without without
network and asynchronous support should compile just
out of the box( small changes to some machine dependent
header files ).
