Re: CVS sources under Cygwin again - is this easy?

Thanks for the response, Jonathan.

It's a source tree that was building A-OK under Linux; I tarred it and used
samba to get it across to the new machine. (The old machine is no more;
I've had a death in the PC family and the new machine is not well-supported
by Linux, besides being a bit difficult to get it installed).

OUCH. That would be OK for just ecos.db, but wouldn't all the text files
need this processing? Also, I would have expected it to work in binary
mode, since it's already UNIX-EOL-convention.

Interestingly, if I use configtool to change the registry's pointer
repository back to the ecos 1.3.1 sources, ecosconfig list says:

Package CYGPKG_CYGMON: there are no version subdirectories

Does ecosconfig work normally [i.e. like the Linux version] under Cygwin,
or is it intended to be run only by configtool? Seems like I have an
underlying problem of some sort.

I'll try re-grabbing the CVS sources using a Windows CVS client.
