Hi,in interrupt mode,when a thread wants to send some content through serial,it
would call cyg_io_write which calls serial_write,if serial_write blocks because
the buffer is full,for dsr is locked by the call of cyg_drv_dsr_lock,the dsr of
serial can't be called and wake up the thread suspended.
