Hello,

I'm in the same case like you , i have'nt experience with embedded systems et
with systems ports !
so if you don't find a port of eCos for your board you will need like me to
port it for your board !!!
Maybe you will have more chance than me because your board is a defined board
!! me it's a custom board !! grrrrr :-))

So my mail don't help you !! but search if an existing port for your board
exist !!
if it's the case, it will bo more easily for you !!
