redboot_RAM.ecm doesn't exist for the PC.

I'm not sure how the ecos.ecc got generated if redboot_RAM.ecm doesn't
exist.
Is your ECOS_REPOSITORY definitely set okay? What is it? Does it have
spaces in the path names by any chance?
