cyg_thread_delay (NUMms) can be used inside of a thread.
Otherwise use
CYGACC_CALL_IF_DELAY_US(10000*NUMms);
I would think that 10000 should be changed to 1000, but I could be
wrong. I took this out of another piece of code so I'm not really sure
about that last one.
