When you asked earlier on ecos-maintainers, I pointed you at the porting
guide. Perhaps you didn't realise that the reason I said this is because I
thought you already knew that there is no port to the 7312 at present.
If the 7312 is similar to the 7212, then use the edb7xxx port as a
baseline.
