[ECOS] eCos port to ipEngine

I would like to offer an eCos board port to the ipEngine single board
computer product offered by Bright Star Engineering
(http://www.brightstareng.com/).This board is based upon the PowerPC MPC832
microprocessor.  

I have developed the HAL package for the board and executed the example
applications available in the eCos repository.   With minimal modifications
the existing quicc ethernet driver has been ported in support of the
CYGPKG_NET package obtained via anonymous CVS.  Demonstrations of working
network support have been produced based upon test programs found in the
repository (e.g., tftp_client, ping_test).

Please provide guidance as to the next steps for obtaining acceptance of
this board port.
