Sorry for the confusion, the hardware is fine - we are using the LXT970A,
but we will rewrite to use the LXT972a. Initially we want to verify the
prototype board, as we have Profibus and other bits on the board too.
I have your original drivers etc, and I was able to insert them (may have
got this part wrong!), but I ended up with compiling errors, which was just
a matter of altering some "#define"s. I just never quite got there.... and
given that JIFL had indicated that a merge of your code to CVS was imminent,
we have held off and done other things, but we are trying to finalise the
hardware by mid Feb.
