I had this happen with one floppy; used a different floppy
and it worked. also i formatted the floppy first.
assuming you're using a floppy, which you didn't say. :-)
once you get past this stage, you'll run into trouble
loading and running a program.
assuming you are using a floppy, and the cvs source,
you will find a discussion between myself and a few
others last week that concluded that the prebuilt
binary would not work. a search through the archives
should turn this discussion up pretty quickly, along
with the solution.
