HELP!!

I have now successfully generated multi-ice-gdb-server.exe. 
But when I run it, it said:

Could not load the Multi-ICE DLL
Error opening target.
Exiting...
=======================================

I have followed all the instructions from the Redhat website. 
Any one can help me?
