Gary,
The board has 16M RAM.
No there is no LCD on Board but It does have all the connection to connect
an external LCD to it. Which I have done that.
Where can I get info on the SEB238. I searched the net and did not find
anything on this. Is this Cirrus Logic Part Number?

It came from 16M RAM, minus space for an LCD panel and the MMU tables.
How much RAM is on your new board?
Does it have an LCD panel?
Note: you might want to look at the ep7312 support (SEB238) which is
probably much closer to anything else for what you are doing.
