smalller redboot.bin?

I always get a floppy bootable redboot.bin (PC target)
from the cvs.
It seems the image becoming bigger anf bigger. While
it was about 62K a couple of months ago it 94K now.
My SBC can not afford this trend if it continues.
Q1)How can I rebuild the simplest floppy bootable
redboot?
q2)I tried
ecosconfig new ps redboot
ecosconfig import ....../redboot_FLOPPY.ecm
ecosconfig tree
make
It only generated redboot.elf but not redboot.bin. How
can I get redboot.bin?
