Hello all,
How do I change the size of the heap that malloc() can use to
allocate memory? I need to allocate a 256k+ block of memory.
But mallinfo() states that the arena is only 90k in size.
Using the i386 pc target and the default template. The program run
from a floppy on a PentiumII motherboard with 64MB RAM.
I changed the ram length in the target.ld file from 0xa0000 to
ram : ORIGIN = 0, LENGTH = 0x2000000
but mallinfo() returned the same 90k as before.
Cheers
Francois Retief
