- Subject: [ECOS] Simple question about running application using gdb
Dears,
I am a newbie in eCos, I ask a stupid question :
I had built eCos kernel library with arm-elf compiler successfully, and I
compiler and link
the example application in \example directory (hello.c, twothreads.c
...etc), and using gdb to
run. I select to connect to simulator, and load application execute code,
then run, the gdb will
hang on and can't show any thing on screen. And the gdb will eat most of the
CPU resource!
Can arm-elf compiled code run on simulator? If yes, how to do? If not, how
do I reach this request?
(simulate the ARM codes on host PC) thank you.
Best Regards,
Daniel
