RE: please help in ecos build

Thanks Mr. Andrew for the initial guidance.
i tried building ecos for ARM using cygwin and configuaration tool on
windows.
i am extracting the arm-elf-gcc from cygwin.
After setting the template as Aeb-2 when i try building using Build|Library
(F7) in configuration windows it gives the error message as follows.
Execution of command 'make -j1 directory "ecos-d/config1_build" failed(error
2:The system can not find the file specified)

I think its not getting the ecos erepository to build which is located on
"D:/ecos-source/ecos/" path.

Please help in screwing the problem.
thanks
Sanjib

Actually, its a little more specific than that. Its people have
problem installing eCos on M$ platforms. It can be made to work, but
life is much easier if you swap to Linux.

The link you want is:

http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/getstart.html

Can anybody give the link to the whole installation procedure to

8.2 is too old. You need at least 8.3

If you have this, you probably don't need VC++ and wxWindows. You only
need those if you want to build the config tools from sources on M$
platforms.
