Hello,
Thanks for all the help from Andrew and Jifl so far.
I am now trying to install and build ecos 1.3.1 on win2K as suggested.
I am building the tool for AEB-2 taking the minimal default package option.
As soon as i select this option, and click "OK", the errror message pops up
as follows.

"Error loading hardware template 'e7T'":
package CYGpKG_IO_SERIAL_ARM_E7T,1 ERROR occured while reading the CDL data.
          ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

It looks like you have corrupted sources! This should say CYGPKG_IO...
The package name with a lower case "p" will not match the one that is
present (upper case "P").
I reckon Sanjeev was probably copying it by hand.

Also, please don't use 1.3.1 Use the CVS (or snapshots) instead.
That's the important issue.

Also, Sanjeev, make sure you are using either configtool v2, or the configtool v1 binary downloadable from <http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/anoncvs.html>. The error you describe above could easily happen from using the configtool that comes supplied with v1.3.1.
