does not find this string.
CYG_HAL_STARTUP indicates if its a ROM/RAM/ROMRAM/FLOPPY/GRUB. Only
the Excaliber seems to have a startup type REDBOOT. This puts redboot at the top of memory.
All other redboot use one of the other options.
