Regd system current time

We are using eCos 1.3.1.

Here we want to get the current time of the system.
For that there is a function : cyg_tick_count_t
cyg_current_time( void ). But this function returns
value in terms of ticks where 1 tick = 10ms.

   My question is :

Is there any function for system current time which
returns value in terms of 'msec'.

If anybody knows, please let me know.

Regards,
Prabal Halder
