Yes that is. For final, the script will accept an option for setting a
proxy. In the meantime you can work around it by setting the following in
your environment before running the script:
http_proxy=proxyhost.domain.com:3128
export http_proxy
or:
setenv http_proxy proxyhost.domain.com:3128
