I tried 57600 and 115200: at 57600, using ckermit, Redboot displays its
banner and understand incoming commands, however gdb fails to upload
binaries to the board.
It's a known issue that RedBoot has more overhead per character than it
really should, compared to other monitors. Sounds like 38400 is the
maximum for the moment.
