2.0 require virtual vector support in HALs?

- Subject: [ECOS] 2.0 require virtual vector support in HALs?
I'm trying to get 2.0 running, but my HAL doesn't currently use
a VV table. Is the "old style" of diagnostic output no longer
supported?
