I believe the major difference is the size of the Data and Instruction
caching:
On 860T: 4kb data and 4kb instruction.
On 860P/862P: 16kb data an 8kb instruction.

None of the current ones. I suspect that you'll want to take
an existing one, like the viper which is based on the 860T,
clone it and then modify things to suit your platform details.
How does the 860P differ from the 860 or 860T or 862P?
