Re: Is eCos porting to ARMulator available now?

We are developing a project with ARM7TDMI as its platform, and we have purchased ARM core and its development environment, ARM Development Suite. So our development process is based on ARMulator when there is no hardware available.

At first, we planed to use ucos to develope our operating system, while afterwards we noticed eCos is more suitable. Then we decided to use eCos, and at this time we have done much based on ARMulator, including making models to simulate ARM peripherals and programming their relevant driver.

So I think we'd better make eCos run in ARMulator. In addition, we haven't noticed there is SID existing when we start our work. Thank you for your concern.

Best regards,
Young Jay
