RAM configuration with LEON

Subject: [ECOS] RAM configuration with LEON

I would like to use the Leon processor with three 128Kbyte RAM banks. 
Can I configure eCos to set this parameter? If not how can i do it?
I use the graphic windows Configtool 2.11
