Since these functions don't exists, i they are probably not document!

Google points me at: http://sources.redhat.com/ml/ecos-discuss/2003-06/msg00227.html so it very much looks like you should talk with Falcom (who if they are sensible read ecos-discuss, but I've never seen them unless they post under an alias).
