cyg_thread_create problem

HI,
I have a problem with cyg_thread_create because it seems to write where I allocate
an array.
If I return before cyg_thread_create my array has correct values.
If a return after cyg_thread_create, in a specified location of my array there are wrong
values.
Any ideas?
