I did print out init_entry->fun, it shows 0xffffffff
It looks like the entries have not been populated with the correct function
pointers.
Could you please let me know how this can be resolved?

Not that easy to say without the image. Print out init_entry->fun. You can
then look
it up in the symbol table produced from nm.
