building for gameboy advance

- Subject: [ECOS] building for gameboy advance
I got everything compiled and built the hello world example. Now I
can't figure out how to get this into a form that I can use on the gba.
I tried using objcopy -O Binary like I do when compiling non-ecos game
boy programs, but the output doesn't have the correct header. Do I
just need to add the header, or is this even the right approach?
