I have trying very hard to bootup my system with "ROMRAM startup" type but I
have failed.

I have took  "cerfpda" package for my reference and modified everything as
per "ROMRAM Startup Type". But mysystem is work well with "ROM Startup".

I don't think anyone replied about this (apologies if so), but look at the ebsa285 port, which is sa-1100 based (i.e. pretty close) and supports ROMRAM startup.
