abort command - illegal memory accessory?

hi,
in RedBoot,after downloading the file image.bin (got by compiling the uClinux kernel) successfully to the DRAM of my board (with the kernel AT91M40800) using the command load, I try to execute the command first time:
exec -b 0x02008000 -l 0x11f6da 0x02008000
I got the following message:
"** command abort - illegal memory access?"
when I tried to execute the command again,I got the message:
"Using base address 0x02008000 and length 0x0011f6dc" and
"** command abort - illegal memory access?"
what's wrong with it,what should I do to solve the question?
any advice will be appreciated!
