Re: arm-elf-gdb Cannot access memory at address ...[IXDP425]

This is the output of command:
--------------------------------------------------
$ arm-elf-objdump -f thread0

thread0:     file format elf32-littlearm
architecture: arm, flags 0x00000112:
EXEC_P, HAS_SYMS, D_PAGED
start address 0x00080040
--------------------------------------------------

If the arm-elf-gdb is assuming LE, what's the problem?
Why gdb display following message, when I connect to the remote target ?
"Cannot access memory at address 0xbcfefc0f "
