RE: Stability with eCos 2.0 for PXA255 Port

Hi All,

I am working on a platform port for an Intel XScale Pxa255 based customized
board and I am using eCos 2.0 with GNU 3.2.1 for my eCos port.

We have created Stand-alone RAM based application and we have problem in
stability with eCos 2.0 in our system.

After running our system for some time (approximately few seconds/minutes or
sometimes longer) it suddenly crashes. Same type of issues addressed in
"References :< NFBBJAJICAKJPMMKDAGBAELCDHAA.wpd@delcomsys.com>" with
Subjected as eCos 1.3.1 to eCos2 problems.

I know this issue is addressed in eCos community sometime before but I could
not find significant information to resolve my problem. The source of this
problem may be MMU or GNU Compiler part. But I am not sure about it.

I want to know the cause for this problem and right direction to solve this
issue from eCos Community.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Vinayagam.M
