Flash erase bugfix disabled by default for AT91?

If there is confidence that this
CYGHWR_DEVS_FLASH_ATMEL_AT49XXXX_ERASE_BUG_WORKAROUND is implemented
correctly, then surely 1 would be the sensible default?
The option should of course have no effect on flash chips which are not
affected by this bug.
Or should the option be removed entirely?
The eCos source code itself is the "mother of all configuration files".
