I run tcpdump on the host and get the following screen shot. It seems
host has received the package and reponded. But I am not confident
because I am not farmilar to tcpdump. Could please give me further
advice?

Run tcpdump on the host and see if it is receving the ICMP echo
request message and repsonding with ICMP echo response messages.
