Hi Gary,
I am using a compact flash of size 128MB to store the image and SDRAM of
64MB.
The bios on bootrom initializes the system.
The startup mode is configured to RAM.
I increased the CYGNUM_MEMALLOC_FALLBACK_MALLOC_POOL_SIZE configuration
option to 1638400 from 16384 in memalloc.cdl file and then build the
library. (I referred to article written by Massa).
Hope this gives the clear picture.
PS: I apologies for the multiple copies of mails, I was getting mailer demon
messages while sending (from past 4 hours) hence I tried few extra times...
Thanks and Regards
Som

This error means just what it says - eCos has run out of memory trying
to initialize the network environment. The most likely cause is that
you are trying to use one of the limited configurations (e.g. FLOPPY)
How did you configure eCos? In particular, what startup mode are you
using?

BTW sending your question 3 times in as many hours does not improve the
speed or quality of responses (probably the other way 'round!)
