You should be able to handle incoming PPP connections using the PPP
package for the FreeBSD stack. However, there is no default
implementation of this. You must write code to put the modem into the
right state, and to do any preamble needed on the connection. Once you
are ready, just bringing the PPP connection up on the link should
start it passing packets.
