Getting Linux running after ECOS

Greetings

Board type: XScale IXP425 Richfield derivative (the IXDP platform under the ECOS targets)

I've gotten redboot running quite decently on all of my boards However I've had problems trying to get Linux running up and on my board after ecos. I've looked for precise documentation all over but have not been quite successful (differences between load and exec etc)

I've built two different Linux distributions: Snapgear's 3.1 and the native kernel from the armlinux sources. In both cases I have generated the appropriate compilers as well. Is there any documentation somewhere which tells me what I need: minimum init scripts, kernel, glibc and how best I can boot up Linux on my board.

I understand this is probably not quite the right site, but I'd appreciate any pointers.

Regards,

Krishna
