all i want is
a redboot prompt, where user apps can print their
diagnostic messages
and where the user can issue commands like, dump,
mfill, reset. i don't even want the fis functionality
in redboot. it seem to me that if i don't want
debugging functionality in redboot then i can enable
interrupts without making redboot unhappy.
